NEW YORK CITY: Mayoral Candidate Curtis Sliwa is gaining considerable traction throughout the City as his Grassroots Campaign moves mainstream, with numerous leaders shifting in a new direction.
Democrats for Sliwa will be holding a Press Conference on Tuesday, Oct 12, at 11 AM, at the Plaza de Americas 175th and Broadway, NYC
Top officials will be speaking at the event, including:
- Carmen Quinonez (NYCHA)
- Jose Padilla (Bronx County Committee)
- Marcos Tamayo (City Planning)
- Juan Pagan (Candidate for City Council
Sliwa’s platform tackles the toughest issues facing NYC now. The Guardian Angel founder, Curtis Sliwa wants to give the streets back to the people.
“No longer can we stand by and watch our beloved City fall prey to crime, anarchy and filth,” Sliwa said. “Quality of life in New York has been especially hard hit in recent times.”
From drug use to dirty streets, to bikes terrorizing citizens on sidewalks, to unsafe subways, Sliwa and his supporters will address the hot button issues that will make or break New York’s future.
“We want New York City to be what it was at its best. The time has come to reclaim our heritage as the Greatest City in the World,” Sliwa said. “We can do it together if we embrace change.”
