For those who have been living in New York for a long time, Curtis Sliwa is something of a well-known public figure. However, for some of New York City’s younger residents, he may not be quite as familiar. Therefore, Sliwa decided to make an appearance on Queens Public Television to sit down with some representatives from St. John’s University. During this over one-hour long, live broadcast, Sliwa delved into a number of topics including the history and rise of the Guardian Angels, law enforcement, and homelessness, as well as how he would plan to deal with these issues should he be elected New York City’s next Mayor.
